This has been true for Sepire. Our leadership team has more than 100 years combined experience in the field of secure communications. From the outset, we chose to do one thing and do that really well. Since the company’s founding, we committed to building our business around a few core markets. These include Healthcare, Insurance, Financial, and Retail, and we have since distinguished ourselves as specialists in these regulated and compliance-based industries.

What does it mean for us to be specialists? 

The goal for our founder and CEO, Michelle Steinberg, was to provide a transparent and customer focused journey for regulated print communications. That could be as simple as providing data security around customer data or it could be as complex as providing 2-D bar coding on each sheet, front and back, so we know that 100% of the mail was sent and that each individual’s information was properly inserted. 

Sepire is not a traditional print company. Our focus is not to sell print, but rather to sell solutions and solve problems. Print is just a byproduct of what we do. Part of the reason why the company was founded was because the principals did not want to provide a general service to the industry.

We firmly believe that  – as industry specialists – it is important to be selective in who we partner with and so we only partner with clients who have a need for our specialized capabilities. Our sales approach involves a thorough consultative process exploring a client’s strategy and goals after which we develop a solution and set clear expectations.

Each client account is appointed a dedicated relationship manager and customers have access to Sepire’s principals. As a team, we provide clients with specialist guidance on the industry. Our certifications which include HIPAA, SOC2, and HITRUST, enable us to ensure absolute compliance with our policies and procedures.
